Big Bear Lake is a residential mountain community. Review each expectation below, then sign the acknowledgment. Moonridge Echo Camp permits a maximum of five guests and two vehicles.

Occupancy

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay, including temporary visitors. No parties are allowed.

Vehicles and parking

Do not exceed the posted vehicle limit. Parking is only permitted in the driveway or designated parking spaces—not in the street or yard.

Amplified sound

Music or other amplified sound must not be heard beyond the property line at any time.

Quiet hours

Noisy indoor or outdoor activity, including spa use, is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Pets

Keep pets under control, prevent excessive barking, leash them in public, and properly dispose of pet waste.

Trash

Use the property’s approved receptacle or a Clean Bear site. Do not store trash outside.

Consequences

Minimum fines begin at $500 per violation and increase for repeat offenses. Unruly guests may be evicted without a refund.

Dark skies

Turn off exterior lights when they are not actively needed to reduce light pollution.
